Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in store credit or exchange (excluding original delivery charges).

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific offer details for clarification.

How to Return an Item:

Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team via the live chat or fill in the Order Form here

Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, if possible.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind.

Proof of Return: Please retain proof of postage until your return is processed.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Refunds will be issued as in-store credig to use at Deluxe Fashion 


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process outlined above. Indicate your desired exchange on the online return form included on Deluxe Fashion website.

We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, we will issue you a refund for the difference.

If for what ever reason the item you’d like to exchange for is out of stock, a full store credit refund will be processed.

Turn around time for an exchange can be anything from 7-14 days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items may be non-returnable, such as underwear  or items sold "as is." These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Any items that do not have the originally tags attached will not be liable for a return in any form.
